International Orders
Standard Delivery

International orders are sent using a FedEx service. The exact delivery charge is calculated at checkout once a shipping address has been confirmed.
Good news – there will be no unexpected customs fees to pay whilst your parcel is in transit. We cover all duties and taxes for you at checkout!

RETURNS
RETURNS
If your items aren’t the perfect fit, please visit our Returns Portal. Once you have completed the returns form on the portal, you will receive a returns label or QR code.
Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not comply with our policy.
Footwear
Trainers must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please try footwear on indoors – we will not accept a return if the trainer has been worn outdoors.
Clothing
To be eligible for a return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items
Please note that all accessories are non-returnable. This includes socks, laces, boxers and Cleening Kits.
Please note that items purchased from the Outlet section of our website can only be returned for an exchange. These items aren't eligible for a refund.
UK returns
We offer free UK returns for exchange or store credit.
As of May 2025, a £3.95 fee will be deducted from the total refund amount if the resolution selected is a refund to original payment method. This fee covers the prepaid returns label that we provide via the portal.
You will have the option on our portal to select either a postage label (printer required) or a QR code (printer not required) – both of which are prepaid.
Be sure to hold onto your returns receipt in case there are any issues during transit.
Once your parcel has been delivered back to our warehouse, we aim to process your refund or your exchange within 7 working days.
You will receive updates via email to keep track of your return’s progress.
International returns
Please note that there will be a fee for international returns. This is calculated at the last step of the returns portal. We will then provide a prepaid label that needs to be printed and attached to your parcel. Please then take your parcel to your local courier drop off point.
Be sure to hold onto your returns receipt in case there are any issues during transit.
Once your parcel has been delivered back to our warehouse, we aim to process your refund or your exchange within 7 working days.
Please keep in mind that international returns may take a little longer to reach our UK warehouse. Rest assured that our team will process your return as quickly as we can once it has been delivered to us.
